Thanxs MGD, I appreciate the kind words.
If memory serves me correct, you have an '04 - '08 Gen F150 don't you? Soon, I will have the R&D completed for this style headlight. There's probably less than an inch of clearance from the back of the OEM H13 bulb connector and the structural member behind it....and I don't want to use Mini H1 projectors. Most other projectors need to be sunk into the reflector buckets. I want to be able to use superior projectors and obviously have the headlights fit with no clearance issues.

I'm gonna dig up this old thread I started some time ago. I finally got my other ideas sorted out and figured it was time for some lights and attitude.
Did a set of cheep eBay tinted lights with some great hardware from TRS. What a big diferance in lighting! Why did I wait so long?

Simple, effective, cheap and not to technical. On my 2015 XLT I installed a 20" 144 watt Cree LED light bar on the front bumper.[Fit nicely between bumper and lowest grill bar.]
About $30 E bay. installed 30 amp relay direct to battery [Fused] and a 3 way switch on the dash knee bolster. Wired it to turn on manually or with the high beam headlights [switch center is off] the light bar I chose has 36 spot leds and 12 flood leds and does a fabulous job of lighting both forward and to the sides +very convenient to turn on and off with the dimmer switch. Total cost less than $50 And a couple of hours.

I live in the desert south west AZ and while technically it is illegal the jurisdiction's that I drive in AZ UT and CO tend to be very conservative in enforcement so long as you dont abuse the use. and i do carry a cover to put on if im in an urban area or god forbid California.
Something to keep in mind many of the headlight and fog light conversions are also illegal and can result in the same fines
