Do you have access to the back of your headliner with the switches in?

If you do, you could cut something to take up space behind the headliner. That should be enough to pull the switch assembly firmer against the headliner. I think that's how they get the sunglass holder to have that fit and finish. If you notice the almost permanent indent in the fabric around the edges of the hole.

No I don't, there is no access to rear of headliner after switches are installed.

I think I might have a solution but not sure if it'll work or not.
I'm thinking about putting a small hole on the bottom left-hand corner of the mounting plate. Then run a number 2 or number 4 size screw about 2 inches long through the mounting plate into the The black support that holds up the sunglass holder and put a nut on the other side of that. I'm sure with just a few turns of the screwdriver this contraption will put pressure on the corner of the switch plate and sandwich it together into the headliner closing that gap.

Thoughts?

Be careful before running screws, nuts, bolts, etc into the sunglasses holder. More times than not, it won't close with hardware back there.

I wonder how this will work? It looks like you need to screw from the back side and it pulls the switch firmly against the mounting housing.
Best of all, this plate accepts my OTRATTW switches!
I would like to see a back side pic of this set up.

This UTV plates look a bit to large to mount on your overhead headliner. Have you figured out a solution for your switches?

I actually ordered another plate similar to the one I posted a link too. That company never returned my email, or 2 phone call messages. Oh well, business must be good to not want my $$. I also ordered a carbon fiber type switch panel that is more rectangular in shape.
Both of them should be here early next week and according to the measurements that I took both of them should fit but you never know until you actually have the piece in your hand.

Holy *****. If I had known these existed when I had my foglight installed and a switch put on my dash, I would have never done it! Those look amazing! Where are y'all running your wires? Down one of the A pillars?
