Need Help Low beams do not work after switching Bulbs

strange, and has to be something easy we all are overlooking. PCMs don't go bad from you changing the bulb (of course the mechanic might say it did). They worked fine prior to the one going out then changing them doesn't do it. Something simple is eluding us.

Well it was a easy fix, both pig tails at the same time none the less corroded. So the lowbeam did not work, replaced both pig tails and good to go!!

The pigtails, meaning the sockets that plug into the bulbs.......
