Question Need Help! Installed lights behind the grill today

But lost my instrument cluster lights and the head lights won't turn off until I disconnect and reconnect battery. I may have blown a fuse, but not sure which one and unfortunately Ford doesn't label fuses by what they control. So does anyone know which fuse I may have blown and I do have a mod that makes my fogs come on with parking lights, not the ramp mod. It's the jumper from yellow to brown. I tired a way I saw online to control the offroad lights with the pull out foglight factory switch. DOES NOT WORK with my current mod.. I believe that is when I fried a fuse. Please give suggestions. Thanks

Update..... Lights turn off now. parking lights are gone too. I'm sure that may be a fuse too maybe a short from the configurations I tried earlier. Any input is helpful. I'm not too good with wiring.

Update..... It was a fuse for the parking lights under the hood. It also controls the speedometer and ac and 4wd indicator lights. I thought I should update due to all of the responses on this post..... Maybe this will help someone in a year or so. LOL!
