Talking My HIDS.com, the best customer service ever!

I recently read a post on here about myHIDS.com and decided to order a set for my 07 super crew. The kit includes 2 lamps, 2 balast, full wiring harness with all double sided mounting pads(for balasts) and instructions, afew zip ties and a sticker. Well I receved it within 4 days and when I went to install it I noticed there was a ear of the lamp holder that locked the lamp into the headlight housing missing. I got on myHIDS.com and called the contact number around 4:00 pm, and within 10 min of leaving a voice mail mr. Jeff Gonzales called me back. I had explained the situation in the message and he had all my info pulled up before calling me. He told me that he hadn't had this problem before but would send me the plastic Pice I needed and could I send him p photo of the broken pice. 20 min later he called me back and told me he couldn't get the plastic Pice alone and would send me 2 new lamps as quick as possible. 4 days later the lamps came in( plus a nother wiring harness/ no balasts) and I tried the install again.
The wires in the kit are covered in a plastic suround Anne have quality, watersealed cobections. The lamps come inclosed in there own box and sleaved as to receve no damage( atleast in most peoples case) the instructions are are for more than just one model of lamps but arnt hard to understand. The wires are plenty long enough and I think imposible to get mixed up. Once I installed the lamps into my headlights and ran the wires losely over the engine compartment I tested the hi/low and everything works great.
The lights are bright and when switching from hi to low and vise versa, there is no hesitation in the movement.
I spent $150 on the original kit and ended up receving practicaly another kit for free. Jeff did a excelent job making sure I was happy and I was satisfied with the fix to the problem. I will use Jeff at myHIDS.com for my g/f's car and would recomend them if you are looking into HID lights for anything.

James,

Thanks for the review! You also get a lifetime warranty on that kit. I'll send you the information you requested. Thanks again!
