Got back at it for a short while late last night. Ready to install! Here's hoping I get to install 'em this afternoon or tonight.
Test to ensure all is well:
Righty:
Lefty:
I decided to put the TRS provided BIXENON letters on just before seal-up. 'twas tricky since I had to stick each letter on individually and the shroud was already jb'd to the projector.

I planned to install the headlights on Sunday. Got 'em in after work today.
The installation is very simple and took one non-hurried hour including installing the wiring. The TRS kit is pretty much plug and play.
Pardon the dirty truck.
Installed!
Cutoff needs a bit of tweaking yet. I didn't have the driver's light bolted tightly enough when I was in the testing stage. Now that it is tight its off a bit. It is one or two degrees off counter-clockwise. It is almost straight, the driveway isn't.
They're too bright to stand in front of on high beam. They work very well!
Aimed too low, methinks:
Cutoff looks cool on the lenses IMO:
Starting point:
Its definitely better than stock, even now.

Thanks tux.
Oh, in case anybody needs to know: you DO need load resistors if putting LEDs in the front turn signals...
I had read somewhere that it was not necessary for the front end.
