I want a pair of high quality HID 8000k H13 Bi-xenon bulbs for my 05 F-150, The place i got the kit from has a flat rate suppling policy of $15.99 for priority mail 3 to 4 days California to Michigan, I'm not cheap but thats way to much for such a small package and snail mail so Im looking at Ebay but afraid of getting cheap chineese junk, what is a good brand name that makes these Bi-Xenon bulbs? so i can buy them and get reasonable shipping rates

No such thing ("high quality" and "H13 bulbs") H13 bulbs are (H) - Halogen.

Anything you would buy is "cheap Chinese junk". There are only 4 manufacturers of HID/Xenon capsules and components: Hella, Sylvania, Toshiba and Phillips. THEY do not make the Bi-Xenon capsules. They make the parts for them, but some slug in a garage somewhere cuts the parts apart and ba$tardizes them to fit a halogen housing (which is not only federally/globally illegal but doesn't give off the usable light necessary to drive safely at night). Then add to that, all the people you're going to upset when you "glare" at them with 175 watts(each capsule), which may prove dangerous to you yourself.

Stick with legal, safe and better lighting with upgraded bulbs (+90 type, e.g.).

I took the time to try and make your life better, so don't give me any of the "nanny" crap. That's a major cop-out. And real men don't cop-out. I know you're cooler than that. After all, you DO drive an F150...

Needed to connect to my truck, I want a quality pair
of Bi-zenon 8000k 35 watt bulbs, I have the 6000k 35 watt
Now but there are white I want a blue tint, I have my
Light aimed down and haven't offended anyone
