I have been Having major problems with his kit! I bought it about a year and a half ago and it worked just fine for about a year and three months and then since then I have been having problems! I've ordered new wiring harness, ballasts, and bulbs from him yet for some reason one side always doesn't work. It will work for awhile and then go out and by awhile I only mean a few hours. The driver side just went out tonight. My headlights haven't worked correctly in about two and a half months. I'm so fed up with it. I am lookin to order a new kit from somewhere. Thinking about ordering a hid projector kit from him but I want to make sure it's good quality. If not I am just going to go to an aftermarket shop around here and have them put a whole new kit.

So yes I agree, I would not recommend buying a kit from Jon To. Don't get me wrong, he provides good customer service! However I am not impressed with the product.

I've got a set of TRS ballasts and I really like them, no complaints, no noises, etc. Their customer service is also awesome!

+1 Jon is a good guy and is very helpful but his HID kits are NOT a high quality product and I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a bi-xenon kit for a $100 from him. Within in a month of installing the driver side goes out for no apparent reason. I checked and double checked everything was installed according to the directions and installed the kit again. Still had the same issue. When I called to tell him I wanted a refund he said refunds are only issued for first 7 days!? He said the one year warranty covers only parts or exchange. I told him I was afraid to go through the trouble of installing another and having the same issue. I know the guy has to make money and if I would have called 7 or 8 months I could understand but not even a month and it fails? He said he can't issue a refund because he can no longer sell the unit because it is used. It just seemed to me like he doesn't stand behind his product. I mean I would think that all businesses have to assume some a loss at times especially if their confident in their product.
