License plate led bulb flickering....

Thats what Im using, noticed Only my Pass. Side license plate led(strangely just one of the SMD led Chips) flickers Randomly when unlocking the truck w/ the courtesy lights on!
Doesnt Flicker when Parking Lights, or Headlights are turned to on from the dash Switch!
I replaced the bulb with a new one, cleaned the contacts of the bulb housing, Checked the wiring, all is tight and in place, still no luck! Any Ideas???

Tinkered with them a bit, didnt anything special and got the Lickering to go away...
