Really like the progress this thread has made. If you don't mind doing some surgery on the tabs and relocating some of them, I can sell you a great set of halogen lights. The lens will fit if you relocate some of the tabs. I did it on mine when I broke one of the lenses.

Where are you getting lights for $200?

I was thinking baout that... I have an extra set of halogen lenses, along with the stock ones that are on the truck... I haven't look closely enough at the screw holes for the bezel mounts to make sure they match though.

I guess I could look at that!

The amount of sanding it would take to get to the cracks to repair them would make the lenses brittle and it;s not work risking hurting the whole retrofit for that.

Wired up the truck and put on the bare housings (no lenses/bezels) to get them aimed to make sure all was right. I have just a bit of turning to do on the drivers side bowl but they look good

Very up close teaser.... That color band is awesome. This is 35ft away from a wall, i was standing about 8 ft away and zoomed in.

I am extremely happy with the color band. I did NOT expect that much. These are completely unmodified.

I need to get a headlight polish kit as I can only find up to 2000 grit paper, and polishing after that theres just a bunch of swirls left... I htink I'm going to assemble these at my folks house tomorrow night since dad's garage has more clamps and stuff that I could use.

Then... I'm putting them on and using them until the next pair are purchased and arrived... I'm already planning an LED bar idea that will be completely 1 off and never duplicated unless someone copies the idea... You'll have to wait to see the results.

I want to do something similar to what Reatki did on his retrofit, except I'd like to see if I can get 6" switchback LED strips and halo. And I might (definitely) take inspiration from you and paint it blue flame.

Link to Reatki's retrofit below. Not his thread, but he outlined what he did.

I'll give the idea away as I don't know that I'll actually do it, anyway.

In the main bezel between the turn signal and the HID area, there's a channel that would just be PERFECT for an LED strip or bar.

One thing I thought of was taking a clear curtain rod and notching the back of it, and attaching an LED to either end to light it up. It's been done ot make angel eyes, it would work for a halo bar too.

But, i decided I want these done, so I'm gonna get them done
