Default LED's flickering

Hey all,

installed VLEDs bulbs all around and inside the truck. Love them and look great but the last two days, they have all started to flicker after i hit unlock or lock (not all at the same time but each seems to do it at some point)

Any ideas what would be causing this? I havent installed the EP27 flasher relay yet but i dont have LEDs in the turn signals yet so i dont know if thats the issue.

My battery going bad? Idk, anyone else had issues after installing them?

Thanks and happy holidays!

My dome light flickers every once in a great while. I just pull it out and re-position it and it's fine. I would try that if you already haven't and make sure they're making good contact. Never experienced the flicker caused by the lock/unlock button so I can't help you there. Hopefully someone else can chime in!

ill try removing them and putting them back in, can't think that is the issue though because they worked just fine for over a week with not one problem. Now ever time I open the door or do anything that turns the lights on, they flash/flicker for a few seconds and then stay on or turn off. More specifically, the cargo lights, puddle lamps and interior dome and map lights

Not 100% sure, but i would think that the dimming effect of the interior lighting uses a duty cycle or pulse width to quickly turn the power on and off, increasing the time between each cycle to cause them to dim. not noticeable with incandescent bulbs which take longer to cool the filament, but with leds, it is more evident as they are just on and off.

^ i think i was having an issue with one of the bulbs but for whatever reason, it seemed to stop when i installed the EP 27 flasher. The only time i get flickering now is when i start the truck with the lights on, they just flicker for a sec while it cranks, then its fine. However, i think youre right.
