That's the issue! We are labeled "*****" because we inform of the best way which is a proper retrofit or factory swap for HIDs or LEDs. There is no true in between. Drop in led and hid bulbs are horrible in halogen designed reflector housings.

You cannot get a cutoff without a cutoff shield hence the name cutoff shield. These little caps and shoes companies use to mimic the cutoff shields are sloppy at best.

So when we give advice to do a proper upgrade we shouldn't be labeled "*****" because we've gone the proper route and did the right thing for us and the others we drive around.

If you want better light which is a safety thing then don't cheap out! You bought a $30k plus truck but won't spend a $1k on proper lights?

Even if it's a regular halogen light, if it looks really white/bright, they want to see the receipt/etc...
They are one of the worst, fender flares and bumper heights get scrutinized badly also!

Until you've tried the product, you should not judge/criticize it.

Lol, you bash other led drop ins all the time and claim your set you sell is superior!

I've been through all the phases and arrived at the conclusion that you just can't get superior lighting that is proper on the cheap.

If your product is so superior then let's see some side by side comparisons of "crappy" led drop ins vs your "superior" drop ins!

This would probably really help potential customers decide.

GO over to F150Online.com and head to the lighting section. Theres a guy who did a side by side.... and like you he was really against the LED lights until he got a pair, now he loves them.

I have run another manufacturer's LED headlights and I thought the pattern was ok. I recently had one of the fans seize and the light died. 4x4TruckLEDS stepped up and got me a set of what he sells. I am absolutely amazed at what I have now. The pattern is much better and I like the adjustability. I have it set exactly how I want it and very happy!

I support that. I feel like you're free to do whatever you would like headlight wise as long as it doesn't interfere with my own driving. If you can adjust HIDs in halogen housings to that they don't glare and blind me going by, then you're free to do that. It's just that most people can't, or don't care enough to do that. Hell even stock headlights can be off from the factory and end up being just as blinding. Its all about being considerate of others and keeping up with maintenance, and that seems lost on so many people today.

I've seen plenty of that. Like the Mercedes and BMW SUV's. Their projectors are so freaking bright and mis-aimed that I get blinded by them whether in my truck or my semi! But yeah, if people want to use pnp HID/LED then state your case but ALSO inform those people to aim the lights correctly if they want to go that route instead of being ****** about it. Win win for everyone! But if you want to bash everyone for using them, then maybe you should retrofit everyone's lights for the cost of the parts without charging for labor so you can run the HID/LED places out of business.

Does that make sense?
