New Fog Halos plus NEW Halos for the 2013+ HID Headlights
Hey guys,
So I know retrofitting is popular on this forum and among F150 owners in general. A lot of people choose to include halos in their headlights and fogs. Oracle has been the go to choice for the fogs and older style headlights. Oracle just released an option for the new 2013+ HID headlights. They offer a small halo around the actual bulb projector, and then two optional strips above and below the F150 logo. I personally don't like the look, but it's the only option available for the 2013+ HID's.
That can be seen here: http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...LEHaloKit.aspx
However, I've been in contact with a guy who is just about to release a new product. His halos are much better quality and in my opinion, much brighter. The android and iphone app that will be released with it gives you full control over the halos and allows you to do some VERY cool stuff. They have two different modes: street mode and show mode. When in street mode, the halos or strips will act as driving lights and be pure white, and also function as blinkers. In show mode you can make them perform impressive color shows, or just be one solid color.
Here's the fun part. We have been working together to make a fitted strip of his high quality LED strips in his solid V shaped housing used on his halos. This will attach onto the housing and give you some mean looking headlights. I'm sending him my headlights and fogs and he is going to make the LED headlight strip, black out my headlights and fogs, and install both the headlight strips and halos. If you're interesting in his stuff, you should contribute now and mention that you found out about him through me. He is very excited about this and it could turn out to be a very cool mod. Yes he's in Europe, but he has been very responsive and eager to get this going.
Check out the website and see what you think!!

I also attached a picture of where the LED strip will fit in the 2013+ headlights (shown in red).
I'll be posting pics as this project goes along.
