Installation costs for a light bar behind the grill?
Found a cheap 40" LED bar on Amazon and was wondering if anyone had an idea of the costs to have an auto accessory shop install it. I wire all of my own lighting and speakers for my boat, but I'm unfamiliar with car wiring and do not want to botch the job on the switch install in the dash or getting the wiring through the firewall. Any advice or idea of the cost? How hard would the install be for someone with no car wiring experience, but has wired several boats?
Would this work for behind the grill? I'm looking for added light when driving to the duck blind or setting up decoys on the occasional goose hunt in the corn field.
Thanks and have a great day!
Chris

Considering this option now with a DIY approach. Has anyone used this kit?

I used the Rigid Kit. Installed in about 5 minutes. The wiring took longer as I'm not very good at it.
Not Sure if it will fit normal F150's. I think it should.

I have a Raptor so I wired it to the built in switches. The Mounting kits is just 2 brackets and some bolts. The Rigid light bar came with a switch and wiring but I didn't use them.
