Illumination comparison

When you say H3bulb are you talking about replacing your headlight bulb, or putting on a set of driving lights? Those shots are comparing my previous HID driving lights to the new Led driving lights. If I were to try and compare a sent of halogen driving light with H3 bulbs, the LP570 LED driving lights I have project much further. I really don't know the distance of those shots. But, I can go back there and measure the distance with the trucks odometer. I'll post back with that when I have chance to do that.

Keep Calm Chive On
Did i see that you have projectors in your headlights? I'm thinking of getting a set of PlasmaGlow LED lights that are effectively plug, screw and play lights.
Also down below your guard in the middle of your bumper...are those halogens adn hooked up for driving with?

I have an '11 Lariat. It came with Halogen headlights. HID were not available until '13. I did the update to the '13 HID headlights. I bought the headlights, purchased the required harness adapter and installed them. So they are factory Ford Headlights. The lights you are referring to are aftermarket PIAA long range Foul Weather driving lights. They are Halogen, and are switched on with a wireless remote. It was easier/nicer to install them that way, rather than run wires thru the firewall.
