Angry HID Problem

Hi, My hid kit only comes on when I put the truck into hi beam mode.

When I first installed the bi-xenon kit it worked in low beam mode but the high beams didn't work. And now I can only get the low beams to work when the truck is in high beam mode!?

It's a kit from hidcanada.com, h13 bi xenon 6000k

Anyone have a similar problem with their kits?

Make sure all of your connections are tight. That's the only thing I can think of, they work with Hi beam - so they have power from the battery, they don't work with low beam - they aren't being told to turn on - has to be where the relay is connected to the OEM plug.

Good luck man!

Most of my bixenon kits worked. Only thing I could think being the problem is that you just got a regular kit and the connections are wired reverse and thinks hi beam is lo beam. but if you said low beams were working before I'm not too sure? Faulty connections? Try fiddling with the connections, otherwise contact whoever you bought it from and they should ship you some new ones

i think its a bad ground for that headlight. my friends h3 did the same thing and i realized when we installed it we put a ground through plastic and metal.
