Default Hid no high beams!

So I have a 2011 F150 and I bought a HID hi/low kit from ddm tuning and I also got the kit for the fog light but any way when I turn the high beams on everything turns off no lights at all, couldnt get any help from the company just wondering if anyone else has come across this and maybe its just a quick fix!

i was also looking at the HIDs from DDM tuning. Do you have these in the stock housing? I was going to do the same and replace mine with HIDs just heard that they burn or melt the housing? not sure if its true or not?

Were they simple plug and play kits? Was there a special harness you installed? Take a pic of the low/hi HID bulb and post it.

you used to have to repin the connector at the light on the DDM harness, at least i had to on my ranger when i ordered it for them. Im not sure what bulb yours uses ( im guess 9007) but if thats the case, thats what i had to do as well on mine. You could see what kind of power your supposed to get out of yours with the harness disconnected, just see which wire is getting power when you have regluar lights on, and then check after switching over to highs.

Just put the hids 5,000k hi/low and the fogs in my 2012 ford f150 xlt ecoboost. From ddm tuning. They look sharp and make the truck look more classier

Did you have to do anything special to get the high beams to work?
