I haven't seen HardcoreFX4 in a while, so I'll sub in for him...

WEEOOHWEEEOHH GLARE PATROL! If you are putting HIDs into your stock housings I will be very saddened. For the sake of your dignity and other drivers, please do not. If you want HIDs, do it right. Retrofits. HIDs in stock housings looks cheap, ricey, and annoying, quite frankly.

I had HID's installed in my 2011 5.0 XLT. I did 6000k for the headlights and the foglights. The 6000k is the whitest/clearest. Not hint of blue in them. They dont look ricey at all, just super bright!

6000k should be good. They're might be a little blue in them. Seems like different brands shine different light. If u have money, I would go with retrofits, if not, do what u have to do. These heads do suck big time! I wish they're was an option between HIDs in stock housings and retrofits. Love the retrofits but they're pricey

Not really sure about the website you mentioned. There is an HID thread started that mentions many different sites. I have used a few different sites in the past...wasn't completely pleased with my most recent purchase. I ordered 8000k and either their color is the whitest of any lights I have seen or they sent me the wrong color. The install was complete and sending the bulbs back to China seemed to be too much of a hassle so I am dealing with it.

It's funny because it's true. ...and retrofits ARE the only way to go.
