Exclamation [help please] Problems with lights (potentially a power issue)

Summarized story of what's going on -

I've been running PIAA extreme white bulbs for the past year. Recently I had a 'burnt out' headlight on the passengers side. Last night I switched the bulbs from each side to verify this, but the passenger's side light was still out.

After playing around and swapping the bulbs some more, neither of the PIAA's would work on either headlight...but the high beams work fine both sides.

I tried my stock bulbs and they work completely fine on both sides.

Right now my theory is it's a power issue. The PIAAs are brighter than my stock lights and probably draw more power on start up. I checked my battery and there is a fair amount of corrosion on the positive terminal.

I also have a set of KC lights. When I installed them last year, they worked but there was some flickering (not getting enough power?). Then they stopped working all together. The light on the switch in the cab still turns on.

I'm going to clean the terminal today, anything else I should be looking for?
