Help with Headlights.

Default Help with Headlights.

I have a 2004 f150 fx4 5.4
I installed an HID conversion kit 4 months ago, and it worked fantastic till about 2 months ago. My highbeams dont work at all, if i turn them on the indicator goes on, but my headlights completly go off. I thought that was gonna be a simple fix. so i didnt worry to much about it. Then I noticed that, if i turn my foglights on, my high beam indicator illuminates, at half the normal brightness. ??? what does that even mean? Wiring problem somewhere?
Also, i know there are a ton of HID threads...but i couldnt find one with this specific problem. I would appreciate any help.

High Beam relay...when you turn your fogs on it uses this relay to cut off the high beams or vice versa...when you cut on your high beams it cuts off your fogs...I believe it's in the kick panel on the passenger side.
