what makes the cut off is the PROJECTOR if u notice on the luxury cars they have a lil round bulb which is the projector so all u need to do is buy some aftermarket projector headlights and just put HIDs in them so u can have that cut off effect and wont blind other people. and plus u can adjust the headlights so u can have a lower cut off or a higher cut off

EXACTLY

The only problem about SOME projector assemblies is that the HID bulbs stick out further than the halogen bulbs and can cause the plastic lense to melt even tho the HID are a lot cooler temperature wise

dad has HIDs on his truck with the projector work fine and dont blind people and EXACTLY... SOMMEE
