I was thinking more like running lights or turn, that can be turned off during the day.

I like the front view of that truck. Great hood. Just wondering whether lights would make it "too busy"? I'd also be a little concerned about glare off that hood at night. That said, maybe a single "marker light" would look cool. Enough to know it's there, but not so much to glare.
