Default Getting rid of moisture in retros

I bought a set of retro-fit HID heads six months ago from a member on here. Evidently they are not completely sealed. Moisture seems to be getting worse. How do i get rid of the moisture and seal them? Can it be done without taking the housings apart?

Pull the bulbs out, clean em up and take a hair dryer to the opening to dry up the moisture.

Go around the seam with clear automotive silicone and let it set.

Toss a couple dessicant packs in the bottom.

I had moisture in one of my headlights after a retro. The rubber boot separated from the housing and projector. I re-seated it and added a couple wraps of good electrical tape. After a bit of driving with the lights on, the moisture evaporated out the vent and did not come back.

Ive had the same problem , even if the truck was parked and it rained, I had condensat issues in the passenger light only.
every once in awhile I would remove the water let it dry out and reinstall.
Well last week after I let it dry ,I taped off both sides of the seam and sprayed that FLEX SEAL along the seam.
It's been raining for awhile and there's no condensate
