I have a 2013 F150 it did not come with fog lights. What I was wanting to know is the truck pre wired for fog lights and if so is there an aftermarket one that would just plug in.

Crawl under your truck and look.

Edit. And if it is, OEM would plug in. All aftermarket ones are generally garbage.

There's not a chance that you can know 100% unless a) you know his truck specs, or b) you've crawled under his truck and looked. Lots of these trucks come pre-wired for stuff that they don't even have because the buyer didn't choose it when building their truck.
