Fog LED, Reverse LED, Front Bumper LED
Yo.
Just finished up rear lighting on my 2016 SE F150 with after market bumpers (bumpers are awesome however company I bought them from lacks a lot of desired extras but we'll talk about that later in another post...).
Goal 1: Integrate backup LEDs and FOG LEDs into the truck so I don't have to drill, cut, fabricate, destroy, or modify existing factory interior like so many of us have done in the past or do today because face it when you go to buy a used truck you don't want to see a bunch of holes in the cab because first, I don't trust the guy wiring the lights if you have to cut holes to make lights come on and second, modding the interior (in my opinion) looks like trash. I assume I'll make some enemies by stating what I think so don't care, don't care. Remember: To each, his own and I don't claim to be a professional.
Goal 2: Add optional way of turning LED's on without starting the truck.
Fog light LEDs: 4x Rigid Spot Duallys.
Reverse/Bed LEDs: Rigid SR-M Flood
20" Bumper LED: Rigid 20" Combo E-Series
Relays: SPST 30/40A from Radio Shack (P/N: 275-0001)
SPDT Switch from Radio Shack (P/N: 275-0648)
Wiring diagram before I begin so I know I won't screw anything up or leave myself short.
Back/Reverse
Fog/Front
20" LED Front Bumper
Wiring diagram coming soon
YouTube Videos
I appoligize alright, for saying "alright" a million and one times..alright? First instructional vid I've made on YouTube.
