I have had many F150's in the past and have always put silverstar reverse bulbs in them for a very slightly better backup light than factory. Which was still very poor light output. Especially in the rear view camera. So when I got my newest truck (2014 Screw xlt 4x4) I decided to put some real light back there!
I did a lot of research on them and finally settled on F150LEDs.com. I figure if they're going to specialize in what I love to drive (F150's) then I should give them a shot and am I glad I did! They're customer service was great with all my newbie questions. These reverse lights affordable, small and put out some serious light! They also seem to be very well built and have handled everything I've thrown at them so far! No plastic parts or any of that junk. They're solid! I installed both of these lights in just over 30 minutes by following the how to video on the F150leds website. It was super easy!
I like them so much that I've already ordered a front light bar. Can't wait! I'll post pics when I get that done too.

Yea, if you have a ratcheting 10mm end wrench you can take them both off in
Just a couple minutes.
I was worried about mine getting crushed when crossing a creek or low spot because my hitch drags but so far they've been out of the way, even the times my hitch has dragged since installing the LEDs.

I did this months ago. The only issue I had is with the supplied hardware, it is really cheap Chi-com junk. Snapped 2 hex bolts with barely any torque. The lights themselves are solid with a bright uniform color.

How do you have yours wired? Mine came in today.. Just haven't decided how to wire them.. Either a switch or just my trailer reverse wire.

I used the reverse lights as the trigger for a relay. Relay is in the engine bay.
