Since I can't edit the original, I'll post the pertinent pictures below. I'll host these here so they'll stay.
One thing I would do differently is above the top light tab. Where the 90* is, I would angle that back from the lights to the radiator brace. It slightly hits the underside of my hood, so I stuck some weatherstripping on the hood where it hit and it's doing fine.

One thing I totally forgot is that I had to get longer bolts for the AC cooler brackets. The bolts for the grille supports down low are plenty long.

Seven months later and the lower bar is about 1/3 dead. Found water behind the lens.

Im curious to see how you tied all three into your Hi-Beams. I am looking to add 1 behind the grille and 1 in the lower opening. I want to tie them into the Hi-Beams as well.
Is there a way to better "waterproof" that lower light? What brand did you buy?

I used relay harnesses tapped into the high beam power wire at the passenger headlight. The top two are on a two-leg harness and the bottom one is on it's own single leg harness.
This is the listing for the light, although the seller was Powerstation777.

Was there a noticeable increase in light with the 3rd bar?

I'd say no. Two 30" bars is probably where rate of return diminishes beyond cost-effective illumination gain with these LED bars. I had room for a third bar and there wasn't anything that could stop me from doing it. Honestly, these light bars do not perform as well as my 6" 130w halogen KC Daylighters. I had two pencil beam and two driving beam KCs on my jeep, in addition to a pair of 55w fog lights. That was by far the best light setup I've had because of the ability to aim every light exactly where I wanted it. These LED bars should be treated like flood lights no matter what the advertised beam pattern may be purported. The only LED lights that I think would come close to what I want are Light Cannons, and they're $1300/pair.
