Door sill plate with lights

I bought these door sill lights and have a 2011 4x4 Lariat. Can someone that has installed these on a 2011 please post some pic's how you installed yours. The plate where the wiring runs to tap into how do you get that plate off. Mine has no screws to remove to get to wiring then I have the rubber door siill running right beside the plate if you could help me out would be greatly appreciated. Does that plate just pop off where wires run underneath ? Surely someone has installed on a 2011. Be nice if someone could post a video on you tube how to install.
