Default Cost to install Halo (LEDConcepts) kit?

I plan to get this kit here

, minus the actual headlights of course. If I were to get these installed how much should it be and how long, I was told nearly $800 by 1 shop. Is that reasonable?

Wow. That's way too much. Should only take a few hours from start to finish.

That to expensive in my idea. But why install one? Beside the unique look, what other things does it offer?
