CCFL Halo LED Head Lights / LED Tails Installed
My work in progress includes:
Tail light install was a piece of cake (other than the dirt build up in the OEM bulb connectors). Head lights were moderately easy for a non-handy man like me. I followed instructions, took my time, and completed the small amount of wiring required successfully with the proper tools.
Anyone know a good way to align the headlights without taking it to a service shop? I did the best I could, but I'm thinking they're probably somewhat out of alignment.. I'd hate to annoy oncoming traffic.
- K&N CAI
- Blacked Out 3rd Brake Light
- Blacked Out F150 Emblems
- Removed Flex Fuel Badge
- Blacked out Ford Logos
- Recon CCFL Halo LED Projector Headlights
- Recon LED Tail Lights
- Magnaflow Exhaust

Thanks for the pics. I have been trying to make up mind about replacing the tail lights. Are the LED's in your tail lights brighter than the OEM tail lights?
I was really hoping for someone to produce a tail light that resembles the one I have see in the upcoming new generation of the F-150. Perhaps I am just ahead of myself.
Waiting for my retrofit headlights has given me too much time on my hands.

I purchased mine through carid but you can use gorecon as well to buy them directly. Current prices are on their sites. I had couple of % off discounts to apply, but even still they aren't cheap.
It's been a month now since I installed them and they still look great, and I've had no issues to speak of.

Yeah I wouldn't for no reason. No sure about spyder but the recon model LEDs also illuminate the side of the rear tail as well, unlike the oem's. I do like that, the fact they are all black, and plenty of LEDs
