Just needed to rant and warn others not to but from IJDMTOYS.com as they are the worst company i have ever ordered from. Ok so i order a set of RGB Halo's for my HID headlight as well as matching ones for the fogs along with a wireless remote controller unit. When i recieved them i was not as impress with the way they looked but to give them a far chance i wanted to hook them up and see how the looked on. So i hooked up the halo's to a 12v power source and they came on but the remotes that came with the halos would not work. I didn't even get into the wireless controller yet . so i called and was asked if i checked the batteries and since both remotes came with batteries i had not. So next day i purchased a new battery at a cost of 5.99 to see if they now worked correctly and they did but the light quality was crap. So i didn't even go any further with them. i boxed them back up and called them for return instruction with not answer i had to leave a message.
Two days later i called back and finally got Rudy on the phone (who by the way is clueless) and he said he would have to get with someone else and they would email me instruction to send back if i really was not happy. Again two days latter i finally recieved the email with instruction to send back. so i go ahead and package them back up as they came to me even reused their shipping package and sent it to them an emailed them the tracking number as instructed.
I followed the package and a week after they had received them back i called again to find out the status of my refund. Rudy said he would check and call me back, and again i didn't hear anything for two day till i got an email confirmation of my return had been processed for less than i had paid.
So again i call and get good all Rudy ( who still knows nothing) and tells me he will get with the returns department and call me back the next day. Two days later i call back again (you can see how long they are dragging this out) and Rudy says no one called you back?? ill check.. comes back to the phone and says i didn't send the wireless controller back..What!!!!!! why Rudy would i keep the controller for the lights and send the lights back?? It was all in the package. I was told sorry ill check and call you back.. i told him it better be in 30 min or less as i was not waiting days again for a response. So he calls me back 45 min later and said he could not do anything for me.At this point i am getting mad!! and ask to speak with the manager, this guy gets on phone says his name is Jonny and he is the owner. i explain the hole issue to him and he says to me sorry my people said you didn't sand it back so nothing i can do about it in the most rude fashion i have ever experienced and refused to give me his full name to verify he was the owner. and ill say this if he really is i dont know how he is still in business treating customers the way he did me.
I got on Yelp afterward (should have done before i purchased) and found lots of instances pretty much like mine..
Ok so done with my rant just be aware of the crooks they are at that place and the low quality of products they sell.
