Hey guys, I've been lurking for quite some time. I got a 2012 F150 XLT in January and haven't done much to it besides a tonneau cover. Not that the suns out and the weather is good the mod bug has hit me.

First I want to replace my interior, license plate, and back up lights with LEDs. I've seen enough threads on here about that so I don't have a whole lot of questions. But I see people talking about puddle lights...or lights under the side mirrors. I never noticed them and on my lunch break I went to check it out. I have the hole for them, but it has the cap on it. I'm assuming the spot for them is there, but there isn't a light actually there? How do you turn them on, or do they just come on when the doors open or something?

Also as far as headlights go...what are the aftermarket ones people recommend? I was checking some out on ebay before and just around the web. I'm not all that into the HID look...but the halos I really like.

Oh, and the plastidip will be happening soon too haha
