Thanks, it's better than stock but no high beam and q45s aren't as good as a fx-r or ls460 projector. They are mostly for show

Hey guys.. just a little warning to everybody installing Bil's fantastic retrofit headlights... be careful when installing the passenger side light. There is a sharp corner on the windshield washer reservoir that can cut the rubber boot that seals the back of the light.

I was driving in the cold rain the other day and noticed my lights were slightly fogged up:

Bil asked me to check out the rubber boot and sure enough it was torn.

This was the culprit! It's VERY sharp on my 2012 Platinum.

My 'fix' was to put some thick padded tape along the sharp edge of the container. So far, it's been working fine.

I have to say Bil has been very professional and very nice with after-sales technical support. He's gone way out of his way to help me out. Thanks again!

I just checked mine and it was not torn but you could see where it was rubbing so i did the same fix with some padded tape.

I reccomend everyone take a peak just to be safe

only took 4 mins
