NIIIICCEEE! You know I think that looks better than the regular GG shrouds. The regular GG ones have the projector lense recessed far and it looked a little funny. But like this fixes all that...good job Bill!!

SO change me to that. I will reply to your email with all the info.

LOL...I knew you would change your mind after seeing this.

I had to fill the backside with JB weld as well, the light is so bright it would illuminate through the primer and paint!

You were correct!!! I think it looks great! I didnt love how the GG shrouds had the projector kinda set in the shroud...but I liked the angle eye pastic part less on the gg2.0. BUT with it filled and painted that makes a 100% difference.

I sent you 2 emails...

Thanxs...tough to get good photos of dark lights...I tried using a tripod with no flash and they came out better. I had to use the timer so my ugly mug would be out of the reflection!!! lol

Some updates....

AndrewM....looking very stealthy.
FX-R 3.0 w/ 3" lens
Flat black reflector buckets
High gloss black Apollo shrouds w/ extensions

The bonus about using the 3" lens projector is you don't see the metal lens retainer ring, especially on lights that are blacked out.

Some fogs I'm working on as well...
Matchbox projectors
Gloss black Gatling Gun shrouds
Satin black fog light reflector bucket

Normally, the Gatling Gun shroud extends well past the projector lens, and in my honest opinion, does not look nearly as nice as the Gatling Gun 2.0 micro shroud. That being said, I worked my magic and performed some fairly extensive shroud modifications to get the shroud pushed back...in fact, the projector lens is quite proud of the forward edge of the shroud now and looks awesome.

I love how these fogs will look like a "black hole" until the HIDs are fired up...then BAM!!!!

....and the last bit of news: (Stay tuned)
