Using the Lariat inner bezel/shroud would be the tough part though, because I can't just open up four pairs of headlights to change these out. I just happen to have a spare pair of the Lariat parts on hand.

What exactly is different/special about the Lariat bezel? Vs any others?

I generally wouldn't say this, but I think you should Definitely run them all at the same time! Or at least take a pic of them like that when you install them. I'm pretty sure it'll look phenomenal!

The FX heads use a factory painted flat black OEM bezel/shroud, whereas the Lariat (chrome heads) use the one I used, which is metallic silver, darker than Ignot silver and lighter than Sterling Grey Metallic.

Hahaha! You have to spoil yourself, and the man who makes the headlights should be rocking the nicest set made! I was thinking more in the range of 3k tho so that's not too bad IMO. Heads will turn for sure. Very nice work Bil!

Workin' on a pair of Super Duty heads with square D2S 3.0 projectors with Gatling Gun shrouds. The shrouds and reflector buckets are remaining OEM chrome, the main frame is being painted flat black.

Looking forward to seeing them lit up. Will there be LEDs behind the shroud?
