Wait until you see the build I started today for a Raptor owner!!! It's unlike any other pair of retrofitted heads I have done before, lots of custom work involved. I'm looking forward to seeing the end result of this build.

Hey NickPic83....here's my progress from starting your build today. A little about this build....the G37-R shroud does not easily fit the 3" FX-R projector, especially without shroud extensions that are definitely required. That being said, I am making them work...I had to modify the projector housing (this will not affect the projector's output) and build very specific shroud extensions for this shroud to fully cover the exposed projector between the back edge of the shroud and the reflector bucket. The photos depict a mock-up only, for test fitting. The reflector buckets will be stripped of it's chrome and prepped for paint. The shroud has already been stripped of it's chrome and awaits paint.
I'll keep the rest of the details under wrap until I post up some pics as the build progresses.

I'm sure this set will look great when it's done but I have to say I'm not a big fan of those shrouds. I digress though - it's not fair to critique an artists' work in progress.

It's not easy waiting for my name to come up but at least I get to see lots of unique builds that will help me make a decision when the time comes.

Schweet!!! I just won a cruise to the Bahamas. What are the odds?! And to top it off, I met a really nice dude from Nigeria who says he can make me rich. This is the best day of my life!

.....just wait for it....these shrouds will be a work of art soon!

Speaking of shrouds, TRS has released a new version of the Apollo v2 shroud, this time without flat tops and bottoms, it's a full circle. Of course, I have some ordered all ready and will be able to evaluate their looks and fitment soon. They also will have another all new shroud coming soon, called the 5Vector, and it's a very large shroud. I have a pair of pre-production 5Vector shrouds and they look promising. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Also, TRS will be stocking 110mm XBA LED Angel Eyes soon....this means that the original version of the Apollo shroud will be able to be used with rear mounted rings. This is one of my favorite shrouds, and now, if the everything fits right, they will be spectacular.
