Yup. I pulled up behind a state trooper and he pulled me over for giving him my high beams, we actually argued about the fact of wether or not I am able to angle my lights down...you can't adjust beams on an '06 he disagreed

That is why you re-aim the lights after leveling or lifting.

Well my leveling kit was installed at the dealership and they said they re-aimed them, but I don't think they did

No biggie, all you need is a measuring tape, a flat wall or garage door, and a small screw driver. I only did it once. Iam no expert. It only takes a couple minutes as it doesn't have to be perfect imo.

Yeah I have an 05, my dads old truck (06) came from the factory with them aging all over the side of the road and the dealership fixed them, I'm pretty sure there is a way

The screw on top of the back of the housing when you look down on them when you open the hood. Should be one screw part sticking out a couple inches...turn it left or right for up and down...i dont remember which is which
