I was thinking halogens all along because there's no way he'd dislike the HID projector high beams. Yeh, about all you can do is upgrade bulbs. Philips Xtreme Power like the above guy said are the brightest halogen h13's money can buy and have a great high beam. But it will only get you so far because the reflector bowl design is part of the problem. So you really should consider putting some OEM Hid's on. Best $1200 you'll spend! Or drop more and get a retrofit done with some high end projectors and your highbeams will turn night into day.

I purchased a set of Phillips Extreme Power bulbs...Way better than the stock...First step to upgrade so I could see going up to the HID or LED in the future. But for now, BETTER than what I had. Thanks for all your comments!
