Yeah... Im kinda iffy after my failed attempt at baking the headlights. I'd rather let someone that knows what they are doing take a crack at it before I damage a perfectly good set of lights.

Maybe get a helper to hold a hair dryer or heat gun to them after the oven.. keep the glue warm while separating...

That is a pretty good idea too. I'll keep my wife handy next time to do that. She can also keep me calm so I don't start getting carried away with the screw driver next time. Lol

Hair dryer wont do anything. My 09-14 oem headlights I put in for like 15 minutes @220. Worked on them a little, but them back in for a few minutes and back out and they came right apart. 270 is too hot. If you use a heatgun, be sure to not hold it one spot very long.

I'll start lower temp next time like 220 and go from there. I do have a heat gun as well to help out a little. Just waiting for new housings now I guess.
