With all the issues I'm reading on this thread.
Would it not be easier to do the mod I saw somewhere on here. Cutting out the turns and installing the ones from pep boys I believe. Mine are done from scratch with left over LED strips I had from a install I did at a business. I followed the wiring instructions posted here on one of the threads, Mine are going strong for 6 months now, no issues.

Except then you still have the Amber markers. We like these because they're clear.

Like Lewis said, the clear lens just looks better than the Fugly Orange reflector!

I had the waterproof strip of 9 leds installed behind my stock orange reflector origonally.... I just prefer the Brightness of the Anzos and look vs the modified stock reflector

I did pickup 2 waterproof strips of amber leds on ebay should this set die... Ill just stick the new waterproof strips over the Anzo leds should water kill my current set!

I agree the clear looks better. But in my neck of the woods. Front signals must be amber by law. As for brightness mine are brighter than the 4 ways by far.

They still light up Amber. They just don't have an amber lens

Has anyone tried hot glue to seal them?

I did the other mod (AutoZone 9 LED strip) but it's not noticeable on sunny days.

I would think hot glue would be a 50/50 shot just like clear silicone is!

also applying the black electrical tape around the LED makes it look 10x better and these LEDs are very visible during the day.
