Default Anyone using these aftermarket OEM type headlights for retrofit?

Going to try my hand at retrofit, going the FX-R route. Just wondering if anyone has used these instead of actual Ford OEM lights Here is the link... http://www.ebay.com/itm/2009-2012-FO...ad8c88&vxp=mtr

Guessing the only problem might be the seal which will be resealed anyway and maybe actual easier to remove lens. Other than that maybe a less scratch resistant lens.

Interesting find, from the front they look the same as OEM.
Hopefully they used some sort of removeable sealant/glue to mount the lenses.

Good luck with it.

I have an 06 and the oem lights I had gotten to use for the retro had micro chips in the lenses, so I ordered a set of the knockoffs off ebay and the guy whose doing the retrofit for me said they were as nice as oem and fit perfect. In fact he is doing a set for a guy who sent him a set of aftermarkets, and he said the reflector bowls of the aftermarkets was better made than the oem ones. So you should be ok.
