Default Anyone flush mount rear LEDs in your bumper?

I've seen a lot of people mount light bars under their rear bumpers for better back-up lighting and whatnot... But has anyone cut into the bumper and mounter flush-mount LEDs?
Like these. Like these.

I'm thinking of trying it... just wondering if anyone else has.

I have the exact same ones in my bumper. Been there for almost a year now. I just used different bolts since the ones that come with them are cheap. And I also ran a bead of silicone around the backside to ensure no moisture got inside them.

Sweet. And they work well? How did you ensure you got them in level?

I was thinking of making a template from cardboard to mark the outline for cutting. What did you use to cut the bumper?

Yeah they're really bright. I put the light with the backside down and traced that to cardboard and cut out a template. Then used blue painters tape to secure it to the bumper for spacing and level. I used an angle grinder. Make sure to tape off a big session of the bumper in case the grinder walks. Then used a Dremel to clean up the edges and corners

Flush mounted these Rigid Marine Series lights into my bumper last weekend. They have the diffused lenses so they are like a flood light. I was afraid they were going to be too bright and "wash out" the back up camera video, but they put off the perfect amount of light and work great.

I wired them to a switch because I don't need them to come on every time I back up but I also wanted to be able to turn them on without the truck having to be in reverse. A switch was a lot simpler.

I love the look of these but don't like that you can't adjust the beam at all. Either way, it's killer looking

If anybody needs pricing on reverse lights, let me know. I sell a few styles on my site

Why would you need to adjust flood lights on the rear?

For those looking, you can get several brands on Amazon for way cheaper than other "vendors" sell them for.

I just installed a set in my truck. I mounted them further outboard for more lighting to the sides.

You'd want to adjust the flood lights so that you can aim them exactly where you need them. You may need them further away from the truck OR closer to the truck OR in more OR out more... it all depends on the drivers needs.

On my truck I prefer my lights shining OUTWARDS to the sides more and down since I have really bright reverse lights in my stock housings, the extra reverse lights are not needed up close, so I like them shining to the sides
