I ordered my DDM his kits, Oct 8 still haven't got them yet.
I just found out today hey DDM does not have a warehouse in Cali anymore. They ship all orders from china now, that's what they told me.

Default Question about my relay harness

Ok I just got my 35w relay harness and was looking on line about good placed to ground it... IE...the positive to the positive on the battery.. but I noticed it doesnt have a negative ground that i have seen others ground it to the negative on the battery... all mine has on the relay is the relay itself, a fuse, the proper connections and 2 negative wires on each ends that go to the headlights it self... Is mine supposed to have A NEGATIVE ground that is supposed to go to the battery or frame of the truck?....

^ who did you order from? You should have to ground each ballast to the frame

Yep, most HID vendors are going to be doing this now. The Feds are cracking down, finally.

Thank you for the info.
So is it better to do a hid projector retrofit kit, legally or at a DOT point of view.

Projector retrofits aren't legal either since they aren't OEM, but since they produce no glare the cops will not bother you.

I just installed my relay harness for the hi/lo xenon hid kit...and whenever I put on my Hi's the high beam fuse blows out in my truck... I have it installed correctly. You think it could be my relay thats bad ? or did they not send me the bi-xenon that they were supposed to?...the lows work fine.... Thanx
