You don’t have a valid complaint.

You were offered a replacement requiring a refundable deposit.

So the first thread got closed down because you were beating a dead horse, and now you want to continue to rail against a reputable vendor. Nice. I read the other thread … you actually did report them for a transgression against you, and apparently they were contacted by the feds. Congratulations Karen. You know there is an “ignore” button on this forum … you’re probably on Morimotos ignore list. They aren’t required to sell to sell to you, and once the warranty runs its course they don’t even have to acknowledge you.

the powers that be, including the manufacturer, disagreed with you you can't change the terms of a warranty after purchase. it's ok, i know it's a complicated situation that might just possible be above your level.

you may want to put a little more effort into your next trolling, or at least look at the dates first before opening your mouth. this thread is 6+ months old and was only on top due to the other newbie here not grasping how a warranty works. maybe we will all get lucky and you can both go back over all the numerous posts on here that happened for all the years before you joined and you can resurrect all sorts of threads! thanks for the reminder on the ignore setting and congratz on being my first!
