I'm new to HID and am wanting to change my 2011 stock housing to projectors with HID bulbs. I've looked up plug and play and saw these. Wonder if these would be okay. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money here so figured these would be decent.

No, the light scatter is awful and most of those only give you HID low beam with a halogen high beam.

If you really like the look of those lights, get the Retrofit Source Spyder kit. It will take out that crappy projector and replace it with a bi-xenon one.

So these would be better?

All those fleabay projectors are going to be awful. They're the same light, but sold from different vendors and different colors.

If you never leave the city and always have streetlights, you'll be fine. Otherwise, get the replacement kit from TRS (they have a great sale that ends today) and replace the stock projector. you'll have 100x the light output and a nice cutoff.

Don't pay him any mind. That's 02 Lightning. AGAIN. Jeebus dude, give up!

By the by, thanks for digging up an old pic of my truck. I know I had PnP HIDs, and I got rid of them. I went with halogens until I had retros built.

Default HID & Led eagle eye headlight issue

I have a 2011 Ford F-150 STX and installed the eagle eye headlights. I had to splice the halos and led with the running lights. My drivers side headlight wouldn't always come on but now my headlight comes on and my led and halos won't turn on. Tried checking wire connections and fuse, but problem still persists.
