Not real sure what you are asking here?? Why would you deactivate the rear park aid ?? Those wires may be too small for your device as well ?? I would run a fused dedicated power supply into the cab to a on/off switch in the cab ...then run a wire from the switch to your light !! You can also Run a switch / trigger wire from cab to @ a fused relay @ the battery that would activate the relay to turn on a dedicated power supply to your device....

I would return everything back to normal & see if your park aid returns !! If it dose no harm done....Concentrate first & only restoring your park aid system !! Then rewire power to the not so plug & play lite bar... Now I would rewire a new power wire to your lite bar as I expllained in previous post... You might have to check for a blown fuse...It sounds like you tapped into the park aid system.......... repair that first !! Good Luck !!

This is what i got for my 2020 f-150 XLT 4X4 Supercrew. This what i use to install my Putco Tailgate light bar and when i connected this connector it worked just fine It works like it did before the tailgate light bar was installed 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾😁
