35 Watt Ballast choice, Hylux or Fast Bright F3

So I am wanting opinions on AMP equipped 35 Watt Ballasts. Many will say stay with Morimoto. But I want opinions of the Hylux brand and the Fast Bright F3 ballasts. Thanks
