I will tell you up front that I really like the brightness of the VLED v6 lights. But, there is a big * here.

A little history. I purchased two sets of the V's for my taillights a couple of months back. I specified what vehicle this was for on the website. I received them and they would not fit installed in the taillight housings back into the truck body. The Vs are too long and wide for the openings in the truck bed. Why didn't they warn me upfront?

I purchased an amber set of Vs for my new Bilingvic retros. They are very bright but no matter what I did, they would hyper flash. Not all the time, but more often than not. They claim the internal resistors will take care of this issue. It did not. I added a 6 ohm 50 watt resistor but with no positive results. I tried multiple combinations of resistors without any luck in solving the problem.

Perhaps it is just my truck, but has anyone here worked through this problem successfully?
