2013 OEM HID Wiring Help w/ Aftermarket HID Kit
Hello,
I'm creating this thread for JDChesser56 to see if there is any input from you guys. Here is the situation;
2013 OEM HID Headlights were ordered. They came with D3S bulbs but nothing more. So that means a wiring harness and ballasts were needed.
According to this thread, D2S will work in the lights, so an HID kit was bought including ballasts, D2S bulbs, and this wiring harness.
Obviously, this is the incorrect harness. This is where help is needed. There is this connector on the back of both housings:
And then there is this connector coming off the back of only 1 housing:
Basically, what needs to be done in order for him to get these lights up and running with the D2S kit he has?
Thanks!

His best bet is to use the OEM D3S bulbs and OEM ballasts and then the wiring harness will work. I have brand new OEM F150 Osram ballasts that he could purchase. PM or email me if interested.

No problem...going this route would be much easier. Of course, using the aftermarket parts will work, but it's going to take more work.
