I have since aimed them up a touch, but I think I went too far. I dont have anywhere near me that has level ground and a wall for me to properly aim them, so I am just trying to eyeball it. I was outdriving them when I first installed them, and now I think I might be blinding people, though I havent been flashed yet.
That's how I adjusted mine, I set them a little higher than where I thought they should be and then adjusted them down until people stopped flashing me.

The dip in the drivers side is pretty typical, I love my HIDs

Not sure what it is, but I'm thinking it is the projectors themselves. being that they came from ebay, and most likely came from wrecked trucks (given that both had broken mounts), the light pattern is a little goofy. You can see lines, almost like shadows, running out away from the truck in the light beam. And the drivers side has a big dip in it. I'll see if I can get some decent pictures with my actual camera, as opposed to my iphone, to show you what I am talking about. Despite the oddities, they are still far brighter than the OEM lights. The high beams are out of this world. I have never seen high beams throw more light than these things do. It is freaky how much light they throw.
you can always upgrade the projectors to Hella EVOX-R, they bolt right in without any modifications to the housings. I might do that down the road if i get tired of the OEM projectors, which i doubt.

Eventually, I probably will. For now, they are a vast improvement over stock.

Next is a set of Ford Fusion Projector fogs. Was going to do the BMW fogs from TRS, but the fusion fogs apparently require very little modification to the mounting brackets.

Hey Bigred, did you ever get around to doing the fusion fog light retrofit?

I did. I've got some pics in the forum somewhere. The internet connection out here is too slow to post the pics right now.

Just saw them on one of your other threads, they look awesome on you're truck!

Was it hard to make them fit?

Not so much hard, but the first one was time consuming. Trimmed a bit, tried putting it in to see where I needed to trim more, took it back out and trimmed more, put it back in, rinse and repeat. Took about 10 or so "cycles" to get it right. The second one took about 5 minutes. I used the first as a template.

Doesn't sound too hard, i might give a try. Do you think i can put the factory lenses over the projectors to sort of protect them from rocks or debri?
